5. Return & Exchange Policy

• After 3 days, return requests will not be accepted.

5.2 Opening Video Compulsory

• A clear parcel opening video is compulsory for any return, exchange, missing item, wrong product, or damage claim.
• The video must start before opening the sealed package and continue without pause.

5.3 Damaged Parcel Proof

If the parcel is received damaged, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged parcel
• Parcel label image
• Product damage photos
• Opening video proof

Without these proofs, claims may not be accepted.

5.4 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or washed
• Tags are removed
• The return request is made after 3 days
• Opening video is not available
• Damage proof is missing

6. Cancellation Policy
